Borrowell, Crowdriff, Ada Among Startups Named Best Workplaces For Women 2019

Great Place to Work, an organization that evaluates companies based on company culture, has released its 2019 list of Best Workplaces for Women in Canada.

“We take a very strategic approach to growing our team and work hard to ensure our recruiting and hiring processes are inclusive.”

Alongside larger companies like Salesforce, Hyundai, and Mastercard, a number of Canadian startups have also been named as best places to work for women.

To be eligible for the list, organizations must be Great Place to Work Certified within the past year, and have a minimum of 15 female employees. The companies must have 90 percent of employees agree that their workplace is safe and people are treated fairly regardless of their gender.
