Entrepreneur at heart, scientist in practice, Chloé Anderson is a serial entrepreneur and Masters in Food Science from McGill University. Determined to empower growers and consumers with food, she believes that reconciling economic growth of food supply ecosystem with nutritional, environmental and social sustainability is mandatory for the future generation of political, planners, entrepreneurs and consumers. Her highest achievement was in 2015, when her team won the first prize at the Institute of Food Technologists Student Association & MARS Product Development Competition in Chicago with Avocado Desserts that she has now developed into a sustainable business in Montreal. She sees the future in the prism of food and is determined to actively take part in its shaping.
