Alicia DeSantola is an Assistant Professor of Management and Organization at the University of Washington.

Alicia is a recipient of the Kauffman Dissertation Fellowship and has been recognized with the Harvard University Certificate of Distinction in Teaching for her course on entrepreneurship. She acts as an advisor to several U.S.-based startups. Alicia’s research is published in Academy of Management Annals and Harvard Business Review and has also appeared in the Academy of Management Best Paper Proceedings.
